Hudson Excavating & Design is a family-owned and operated excavation company built on quality work, honest communication, and taking care of our customers from start to finish. From driveways and site preparation to grading, drainage, land clearing, demolition, and hauling, we bring the equipment and experience needed to get the job done right.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured, giving our customers confidence that their property and project are in capable hands. We proudly work with homeowners, contractors, builders, businesses, and property owners throughout Hendricks County and surrounding areas.

MEET AUSTIN
Owner + Lead Operator
Austin is the owner and lead operator behind Hudson Excavating & Design. He works directly with clients from the initial site visit and estimate through the completion of each project. His hands-on approach means you're working directly with the person responsible for getting the job done—not being passed from one person to another.
MEET ANDREA
Landscape Designer + Client Relations
Andrea Hudson brings a design-focused perspective to the business as a Ball State University graduate in Landscape Architecture. Her background in landscape design allows Hudson Excavating & Design to look beyond simply moving dirt and consider how grading, drainage, site layout, and the surrounding landscape work together.
Andrea also helps with client communication, marketing, and the overall customer experience, while Austin leads field operations and construction.

As a husband-and-wife team, we combine hands-on construction experience with a landscape design perspective to help clients make informed decisions about their property.
